How does home health care benefit my patient?
Our agency offers home care services by qualified professionals to help the patient achieve and maintain independence in their home. It has been established that patients prefer and recuperate better at home than in a hospital or facility.

How is home care beneficial to the physician?
Your patients are offered the best team approach for quality care. In the patient’s home, agency professionals are the eyes and ears for the doctor. We assess the patient’s physiologic status and home environment, including medication compliance and understanding, nutrition, finances, family dynamics, and home safety. We provide treatments specific to the patient’s needs and physician orders.

Is there a lot of paperwork involved?
No! Actually, the physician’s office just has to call our agency with orders or submit a form. A registered nurse will do a comprehensive assessment and evaluation and admit the patient to our care. A plan of treatment will be immediately sent to the physician’s office for review and signature. This is a medicaid billable service - Care Plan Oversight, certification. |

Do orders have to be updated?
Yes - but it is very simple. If the patient requires continued care, at the end of the 60-day certification period, our agency will deliver an updated plan of treatment. Reviewing the certification plan is a medicaid billable service - Care Plan Oversight, recertification. |

Does home care require a lot of phone calls?
No. The same nurse will see a patient as much as possible. This provides continuity of care and understanding of the patient’s status. We will phone you only if there is a significant change in the patient’s status.

What insurance do you accept?
We accept medicaid for homebound patients and we also accept private pay. If we are unable to accept a patient’s insurance, we will research an alternative, and notify you of an agency that can care for your patient.

Will my patient receive a bill?
For medicaid patients the simple answer is no. We accept medicaid assignment and therefore do not bill the patient for any portion (co-pay) of services billed. Private Pay Patients will be billed for covered services according to our prior agreement. |

Bathing and Dressing
Many of us take bathing and putting on our clothes for granted. However, those who have suffered injuries, or who may be recovering from surgery for example, know that both of those basic activities can be unsafe, painful, or just plain challenging—without assistance (our CNA's provide assistance and assurance).
Companion Care
Companion Care is focused on the needs of the individual client and may not necessarily spring from a medical need. Often, companion care is utilized as a kind of "Buddy-System." Your loved one is relatively self sufficient, but you would just feel more comfortable with another set of eyes, ears and hands. The service can be employed for several hours while you are running errands; or for a couple of days, to accommodate your overnight business trip.
Errand Escort
Our Errand Escort service is very similar to our companion care service. Front-Page Services provides critical and caring oversight for your loved one; outside of the home. Though circumstances may differ, we would escort mom or dad to their doctor's appointment, or to the dry-cleaners and grocery store; for example.
Laundry assistance
Laundry Assistance is one of the tasks that often gets overlooked, when homecare is discussed. Most healthy individuals don't ascribe any degree of difficulty to changing the bed linen or doing the laundry. For an injured or recovering client, however, it is one of the most frequently requested services. Though the bending and stooping necessary to both strip and make a bed is daunting; the strength, focus and balance that is needed to move a fully loaded laundry basket from place to place is often more overwhelming.
Light cleaning
Our Light Cleaning service is offered as a means of helping our clients maintain a healthy environment. Our aides will make a diligent effort to ensure that the primary area(s) being traversed by the client are both clean and sanitary.
Meal Preparation
Meal preparation is another of the many services that we provide our clients. While eating nutritious food is important to a healthy lifestyle, it is even more critical to someone recovering from injury. As such, our Health Aides will prepare fresh delicious meals daily to ensure that those in our care are receiving the proper nourishment to enhance their recovery.
Oral and Hair care
Oral Care and Hair Care are two activities of daily living that are central to most everyone's daily lives. Unfortunately, those basic tasks can be difficult for an individual that's ill, been injured, or is recovering from surgery. Our Oral and Hair service foster's a feeling of well being.
Overnight stays
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are available for extended periods-including overnights-for those who require an enhanced level of care. Please contact our Agency Director to discuss your specific needs.
